Here you will find settings for stop reasons in Balthzar. You reach this form via "Client" -> "Administration" -> "System settings" -> "Basic data" -> "Stop reasons". Please note that stop reasons are a key aspect of Balthzar and it is important to spend time during setup of stop reasons since this will affect the entire system. Each tab will have its own documentation to make it easy to find information about a specific tab. Below you can also find a link to Delacroys support if you need any further assistance with stop reasons.
There is also a section called Update Stop reason in the left side menu of the Client where it is possible to change stop time to run time.
For users of the web application BZX21 it is important to know that it does not have an admin section to create/edit stop reasons at the moment. Instead, users have to do that here. BZX21 will show stop reasons, as well as stop reason groups, and any description of the stop reasons.
